7:00 PM – Barnes and Noble at The Collection Forsyth – Get Pop Cultured. Sign up now for our Minons Fun Event! Become a certified Minion and attend Villain-Con in our stores to help search for the most despicable villain to follow. Activities and giveaways round out the fun.
7:00 pm – Rock Camp Concert – Come out and support Forsyth County musicians! Music Authority’s second Rock Camp concert will be sure to impress including opening act Music Authority’s Rise and (rumor has it) a special guest appearance by Music Authority’s Eclipse. Saturday, July 18
7:00 am – 1:00 pm – Cumming Farmer’s Market at the Cumming Fairgrounds parking lot. Open for the season on Saturdays and Wednesdays!
10:00 AM – 12:00 PM – Michaels Kids Club – Make a Minion wood frame! Ages 3 and up are welcome to this event. See a store associate for details today. $2.00. Let your kids explore their creativity while you shop! Only $2 per child reserves 30 minutes for your creative kid. Sessions starting every half hour from 10:00am – 11:30am. See a store associate to join the fun!
11:00 AM – Sharon Forks Library – Sensory Storytime for Children with Special Needs
11:00 am – 12:00 pm – Story time at Barnes & Noble at The Collection Forsyth. Get pop cultured story time. Join us for a special Star Wars themed Storytime with tons of activities and crafts. The Force is strong with this event! Little Jedi dress up is encouraged!
11:15 AM – 12:45 pm – Post Road Library – Saturday Family Storytime at Post
The 20th anniversary celebration of Norman’s Landing is set for 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Saturday at the restaurant, 365 Peachtree Parkway. The festivities at Norman’s Landing will include 10 percent off food and other discounts, such as $1 oysters and shrimp. There also will be a sports cage and a bounce house, and owner Bill Norman will be sitting in a dunk tank. Proceeds benefit the Forsyth County Humane Society.
2:00 PM – Cumming Library – BIG Game Day – play larger versions of favorite games!
7:00 PM – Barnes and Noble at The Collection Forsyth. Get pop cultured Star Wars Saturday Trivia Contest. How well do you know Star Wars? Join us for an all ages Star Wars Trivia Contest! The Force is strong with this event! Cosplay optional but highly recommended!
