Did you know that playing with LEGO and other building blocks can help develop your child’s cognitive learning and social skills? Every Friday morning we will set out a collection of kid-friendly building blocks for an engaging and educational drop-in playtime. You bring your creativity, we’ll provide the rest! Get ready to start your summer with a splash! The Cumming Aquatic Center Outdoor Leisure Pool is open for weekends only starting through May 17th. Sessions will be 1:00pm-6:00pm on Saturday and Sunday through May 17th. We open DAILY on May 23rd with our normal session hours (visit our website for more info on session times). Daily admission is only $5 for adults and $4 for kids and seniors! We also offer seasonal family and individual memberships. You can rent a shady cabana for your family, group, or birthday party to sit under next to the pool for only $50 dollars in addition to admission. All cabana rentals allow you to bring in your own food and drink! See you soon!

2:30 pm – Warbington Farms – Strawberry Shortcake Tea Party! Join us for a “berry” special event on May 17th. We will have tea and refreshments, story with STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE and each child gets to pick a pint of strawberries! The Forsyth County Fire Department will join more than 100 fire departments across Georgia to help “Give Burns the Boot” during their upcoming annual boot drive benefiting the Georgia Firefighters Burn Foundation. Weather permitting, motorists can expect to see firefighters at intersections throughout the county on Saturdays: May 9 and 16.
